With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role to support our customers.
In my spare time, I enjoy practising yoga and volunteering at my local animal shelter. Fun fact: I have travelled to 6 different continents and can speak 3 languages fluently.
Dr. Fan Zhang
Senior Consultant (O.M.D And M.D)
I'm a Senior Medical Consultant at Taoist Soap involved in the development of the formula. I also support Andreas with customers who need more specialised support. Furthermore, I originate from China but completed my studies in the USA and UK, specialising in dermatology and oriental medicine.
I have a passion for using traditional acupuncture and herbal remedies to help my patients. Outside my medical practice, I have always had a love for sports and physical activity. In fact, when I was younger, I dreamed of becoming a professional wrestler!

Customer Success Manager
As a customer success manager, I make sure all our customers are being looked after, whether it's in the additional information we provide, our services or the entire experience from when you first hear about the Taoist Soap.
I hold a Master's degree in Marketing and have previously worked at WHSmith in a similar role.
In my free time, I am an avid horse lover and enjoy caring for horses at a local stable. I also have a passion for cooking and can often be found experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen!

As a customer service specialist, all queries made come to me. I have a passion for helping others and I love to support our customers in being able to change their lives for the better, whether it's via the consultants or by helping you locate your order!
In my free time, I love to travel and try new things. One fun fact about me is that I have bungee jumped off a bridge in New Zealand. It was an adrenaline-filled experience that I will never forget!
